8.2 Lens Wizard
A two-step procedure enables you to focus the lens on a
particular area.
Step 1:
1. Displays the lens type.
2. Allows you to set the back focus to obtain the widest
adjustment range by clicking the Default button.
3. Suggests that you should first adjust the lens manually if
required.
Step 2:
1. Use the mouse to adjust the size and position of the
shaded area in the preview window.
2. Click Full Range Autofocus to focus the lens across its full
range.
– The motorised automatic back focus process runs.
– The focus position, state and indicator are shown.
3. Click Local Range Autofocus to fine focus the lens across
the local range.
– The motorised automatic back focus process runs.
– The focus position, state and indicator are shown.
4. If necessary, manually adjust the focus position for day and
night with the sliders.
