User troubleshooting of

minor faults

The compressor will not start, or stops

for no apparent reason

● Ascertain whether the humidity level set

has been reached.

● Check that the power supply is in order. If

it is, wait 10 minutes before restarting the

appliance.

● Check that the water tank

place, and reposition if necessary.

● Check whether the frost protection

thermostat has switched the appliance

off.

Insufﬁ cient dehumidifying capacity is

available

● Remove and clean Filter

is obstructed.

● The temperature or the ambient humidity

level may be too low.

If it proves impossible to rectify the

fault, immediately unplug the appliance

from the power supply and contact our

customer service.

(WEEE). This Directive sets out the

framework for the EU-wide take-back and

recycling of end-of-life appliances.

provisions currently in force.
