Interrupt Operation

NOTE

operation is interrupted during the sterilization of liquid, the liquid may overflow into the

worlung chamber.

Press the

STARTISTOP

switch.

The ongoing process will be interrupted, and the equipment returns to the

standby state (state before operation).

When you take the sterilized substance out of the working chamber, follow

the instructions described in

"9.

Unloading".
