– b. Click “New Customer” in “Customer” to create customer. Enter relevant customer

information in the “Customer Information” tab page. The “Customer Number” must be

entered. The IP address and port number of the alarm control panel are the IP address

and port number of the communication module 1 installed in the alarm control panel, and

will be used when the alarm control panel uses fixed IP and port number. If the fixed IP

address and port number are not known, after the UDP data packet transmitted by the

alarm control panel is received and the SUBSCRIBER NUMBER of receiver 1 has been set

in the “Control Panel Configuration” tab page, please directly click the connection in the

“connection” tab page. The prompt information will recommend the SUBSCRIBER

NUMBER the alarm control panel received the last time and its IP address and port

number.

Under DHCP environment, it is not necessary to set “Alarm Control Panel IP Address” and

“Alarm Control Panel Port Number”.
